My Goals
Just some of my personal running goals. My time frame for completing them is open-ended….
- Run 900 miles in 2012 (no injuries, no breaks!)
- Run a sub 1:50 half marathon
- Complete the 100 push-up program
- Complete the 200 squats program
- Volunteer at a race (or get on a race planning committee)
- 12 races in 2012
- Three halfs in 2012
- Two Ragnars in 2012
- Complete a Marathon (not sure about this one…)
- Run with a training group
- Organize and pull off a race for The Monster Milers
- Run NYC
- Run a race in every state. Completed: PA, MD, NJ
- Run in a race overseas. New Zealand?
- Run a Disney race (then go to one of the fancy waterparks and sit in a lazy river for hours.)
Done & Done:
- Complete a sub 2-hr Half Marathon – Iron Girl Half (4/29/2012) 1:52:40)
- Run a half marathon in another state
- Run a Ragnar Relay – Did it, Signed up for another!
- Be able to say that I’m Plantar Faciitis Free – Yeah?
- Run a 10K race – DID IT!
- Run Broad Street (1o Miles) – DID IT!
- Complete a Half Marathon – DONE!
- Run 700 Miles in 2011 – Word.
